We have a little art studio set up in our basement. The girls love to go down and paint. Sarah was working on her masterpiece...this was one of the first times she actually painted...usually she just uses chalk on the chalkboard or markers.

We have a double sided easel, so Mary was working on her side
Here Mary was painting her name. She is actually very good at writing it, but needs more practice with painting it. She stumbled on the "y". Either way, for a 3--almost 4 year old, she does pretty good.

Look at those adorable artists. What a great idea to set that kinda stuff up in the basement. I'll have to do that when we are in the house. Love the first one of Sarah the best, she is so serious on her masterpiece! Too cute!
