Good Night my friends

We are on our way home...should get home in good time tomorrow. I added a few postings tonight, but am too tired to do more. We were up at 4am this morning to get on the road, and plan to be up in decent time tomorrow morning.

I decided I needed pictures with this post, so here are the girls, utilizing their new blow up princess beds. We used them at Saratoga Springs Resort, where we stayed Sunday through Friday. Mary loved hers, Sarah wiggles too much, but will eventually grow to love.
These were a Christmas gift from PawPaw. (thought you might like to see them blown up, Dad, since we wouldn't do it for the girls the day they got them, like they wanted. :) )
So Good Night to All, and Sweet Dreams!!
(I wish I had time for Sweet Dreams, Sarah has been sleeping HORRIBLY, so I am sure my night will get interupted shortly)

Love my camera

The first day we checked in to Boardwalk Villas, I took the girls to the room, and Jude went back to the vehicle to get some of our stuff. While we were waiting for him, I went out on the little deck we had, and watched the ducks playing in the pond below. (Mind you, we were on the 3rd floor). I thought I spotted a frog on one of the lily pads, so decided to zoom and see what I got.
Well, here you go...it was a little turtle. Now I just wish I had taken a picture without zooming, so you could see truly how far away I was from this little guy.
I messed around for quite a while on different settings and so forth, but these seem to be the best pictures I got of my little friend.
Needless to say, even though I have had my camera for over a year now, actually almost 2 years, I think; I am very pleased with it, and learn new capabilities of it all the time.

Getting settled in

For the weekend, we stayed at the Boardwalk Villas (one of the Disney Vacation Club Properties). The girls were getting settled in to our new room. (making their beds)
Whats gonna work?? TEAM WORK!! The girls were singing this WonderPets theme song as they worked together to get their bed made.
Playing with our Tinkerbell blanket from PawPaw.
Uh Oh...Where's Mary??

We made it to Florida

After our plane ride, then bus ride, we finally made it to our hotel...Disney's All Stars Music resort. It was so nice to walk in to our room and be greeted by this...a Mickey made out of our towels. We had to take a picture so Daddy could see it, because he was driving from Atlanta to meet us, and wouldn't get in until late.
Fortunately for me, Grandma and Pap made it to Orlando a day earlier than they planned, so they joined the girls and I at our hotel for supper. The girls were mighty happy to see them.
The next morning we woke up, drove to Grandma and Paps hotel, had breakfast together and then headed out for SeaWorld. We were greeted by none other than Shamu
It was a little cool, but still a picture perfect day.

Dolphins

That's what I call smooth sailing...or would that be skiing?? :)
And some more
This was very cool to see. And was like the grand finale of the show.
This was another nice show we watched while at Sea World. I had a pole in front of me, so couldn't get the best pictures, but did manage a few. It was full of acrobatics, stunts and beautiful dolphins. It is one of those shows that keeps your attention...even kept Mary and Sarah's. Well, the show and a handful of popcorn from Pap.

Sea Lions

We got to watch the sea lion show...Clyde and Seamore Take Pirate Island
I think this was Seamore
And a walrus...his name was not Clyde, that was the name of another sea lion.
The two were mocking each others moves, it was a cute show.

Sea World rides and slides

Mary and I rode this together. It went up high in the sky and you could spin it in circles, if you chose to. We opted out on the extra spinning.
Sarah and Daddy watched from below...way below. I won't tell you how many tries it took me to get this picture, as we were going round and round and were very high up.

Pirate ship

Jude was taking Mary to another ride while Sarah continued to play on the Pirate ship. (we played in the kiddie part of Sea World while Grandma and Pap stood in line and then saved us seats for the Shamu "Believe" show. Let me tell you...they got us great seats!!)
Sarah loved this little water shooter.
Mary took reigns of the ship
Sarah ran back and forth and back and forth between the shooter and the wheel.

Shamu

They had many smaller whales, but this one is SHAMU...he was huge!
Pretty amazing stunts
And quite a trust between the whales and the trainers.
Oops...she lost her balance, but it was still a neat stunt to see.
I really enjoyed seeing this "Believe" show starring Shamu. The whales are beautiful and the stunts are spectacular.

Fun TImes

Jude and Mary posing with a bronze walrus.
Jude and Mary riding the Sea Carousel
Sarah thought she wanted to ride it too, but she changed her mind right before it started.
We met up with Grandma and Pap in Florida (beginning of our vacation and end of theirs). Here they were lifting Mary up to see the stingrays.

Do we want to come home??

To come to this...70-80 degree temperatures. Do we really want to come home??? NOT YET!!! We have some more sun to soak and I have a lot more pictures, but they will have to wait. My bed is calling me. Maybe tomorrow I will try to get some more posted, if not you will have to wait until this weekend. But until then, savor the sun in this pic...we are savoring it...in person!

Love you guys, and wish you were here!!!Good Night!!
I posted this last night but for some reason it didn't show up right, so we'll try this again. :)
