We recently wanted to go to Pittsburgh to stay the night at Grandma & Pap's. That same night, Jack had a flag football game they were attending. We wanted to see him play too, so we said we would just meet at the field. A pastoral emergency arose, so we were late leaving, but we still tried to make the game. We got there, got the girls out, and the whistle blew...Game over! We missed the game, but still got to see Jack and his parents. The girls attacked Jack...they were so excited to see him. It is hard to see, but Jack is in the above picture.
Mary giving Jack a BEAR hug. She ended up knocking him to the ground. I think he got more tackles from these girls than he did in the game...I know he did..he plays Flag Football, so there isn't any tackles. :) Good thing Jack is a good sport...he just smiled and took it like a man.
After all the tackles, we had to stop and take a "nice" picture. Sorry we missed your game Jack, but we sure were glad to see you!! Sarah wouldn't get in the picture...I think she was talking to Grandma about their next "sleepover"

Bummer you missed the game, but it's nice that you got to see Jack. And my, he sure has grown! :o)
