Valentines Tree

We made Valentines trees for the kids to decorate...trees made out of sugar cookies and are "glued" together using royal icing. We had the trees made ahead of time, and then used fresh icing (pink) to "glue" the candies on as decorations.

Each kid got to make their own tree to take home. (Thanks Joyce, Nancy and Kym for all of your help making the trees!)
Here is Marianne with James and Joseph (Dominic was napping upstairs) All the kids enjoyed sampling the candy as much as they did decorating the tree.

Sarah didn't "really" want to pose with her tree. She is half heartedly saying "Cheese" for me

Laura and Clayton...love the icing on the nose...it must have been yummy!

Thanks to Marianne for letting us invade her house...we had a great day!! (and can't wait for St. Patty's Day play date)
